Northfork Meadow Mini Painting Pendant
Where the mountains fade to a moody lilac, over sprawling fields and thru the woods, lives one of Western North Carolina’s most important places. This is the home of the Burnett Reservoir, ( now known as The North Fork Reservoir). This land is protected by a conservation easement by the Conservation Trust of North Carolina. This reservoir supplies the primary water source to more than 125,000 residents of Asheville and the surrounding areas. This conservation is also home to 11 plant species, and 9 animal species considered to be endangered, threatened, or significantly rare.
This pendant is a handmade miniature oil painting featuring Pink Tourmaline accent beads, on a 1”x1.25” (27mm x 36mm) wood tile. All hardware is Stainless Steel, with an 18” chain and 2” extender. (18-20” necklace)
All pendants come packaged in a window gift box, with a travel pouch and polishing cloth. When storing your pendant, it is recommended to use the polishing cloth to wrap the pendant, and secure the cloth by gently wrapping the necklace around it to prevent accidental scratching in your travel pouch. Not recommended for storage in areas of high heat (near heaters, direct sunlight, hot car) as this can cause finish softening, please keep dry.
Please Note: This product contains small pieces that may be unsafe for children under 12 years old.
